MCT:August 27, 2008This movie is brilliant. So many twists and turns. Every minute in this movie gets better than the previous minute. A great ending. Hilarious dialog. Great acting. Great music.

MCT:August 10, 2008I enjoy Pegg, but he really had nothing to offer here. It seems he's only favorable when he; or some one he's close to, is in charge of the proceedings. He wasn't particularly funny, and his sketchy american accent felt as if it was going to break at any minute. As for the rest of the cast, they're not even worth mentioning. When your biggest talent (Pegg) under performs, there isn't very much to get excited about.
As for the plot, it's a totally run of the mill black comedy, with elements of the mystery genre squeezed in where possible. Unfortunately, the biggest and most exciting plot twists are rolled out far too early in the film, leaving the second half pretty empty. As for the ending, it practically asks you to rewind the film, in order to tie up the loose ends and fill in the blanks, but by this point you care so little, that you can't even be bothered.
Totally watchable, but at the same time totally passable. -

I didn't have many expectations of this film but it was surpisingly fun, coming out of nowhere. Great performances, satisfying ending, plenty of plot twists.

This is a lot of fun. Far more than I expected. I like Simon Pegg a lot but not a fan of David Schwimmer. Recommended if you like slightly grim comedies.

A gleefully dark and hilarious crime comedy that never wastes an ounce of energy. David Schwimmer and Simon Pegg are hilarious as two buddies who tries to reign in the chaos as the night goes from bad to worse. Highly recommended

MCT:May 27, 2008Any movie can have a twist ending, but this one is just one big twist. There is constantly new things happening to the point where the story has nothing to do with the starting story.
Best part is that it never gets confusing. Also Simon Pegg is Awesome. Always. -

Great dark comedy. I'm a fan of Simon Pegg's movies. The plot is good. I thought the ending was brilliant, Josie McBroom got what she deserved.

It's kind of predictable in some parts but it's a funny dark comedy...plus it's got Simon Pegg in it ;) lots of killing...or attempts at killing. I liked it.

The only reason I watched this movie was for Simon Pegg. Overall it was an OK movie but nothing I havent seen before. There was a random Rammstein song in the middle of the movie wich I thought was interesting.

A hit and miss black comedy. Most of the performances are good, and there are some really funny bits.
I still really didn't enjoy it that much. It's rare that I feel this ambivalent when I'm done watching a film. -

Started off very strong but there were just to many random uneeded twists. I did enjoy this movie though and as always I love Simon Pegg.
