I find it hard to believe that he would turn down a hefty sum (Gibson is rumored to be offered $25 million) to reprise the role one last time unless it was a personal reason which leads me to believe that this may have something to do with Gibson's problems over the past few years or possibly their VERY different political beliefs that have come into play over the last several years.

i'm usually always a sucker for another sequel, if only for the fact here that the 4th really fell short for me(so i'd be thinkin a bit of redemption). but w/ that said, w/out glover, no way. just wish they had done the 4th more justice & didn't go so outta their way to force the issue that these guys were so 'old', esp. riggs who kicked so much ass. oh well...

both Glover & Gibson are too old now they should just leave Leathal Weapon as it is. it practicly shows in the end of the 4th one that there too old.
